SwingAge Palermo is the Organizer of the event “Sicilian SwingAge Festival” (SSF). The final decisions on all matters related to this event are solely responsibility of the Organizer.
- Once registered, all participants will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive within 7 days, we recommend contacting us at swingagepalermo@gmail.com or reaching out through our social media channels.
- All participants must make the payment within the specified terms; otherwise, their registration will be canceled.
- SwingAge assumes no responsibility for theft or injury during the event.
- Registered participants will be held liable for any damages caused to property or people during the event.
- SwingAge is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illnesses.
- SwingAge may make changes to the lesson schedule and events even during the festival.
- By registering for the event, participants accept the conditions outlined in our privacy policy, which can be found on the festival’s website.
- The personal information requested (address, date and place of birth, etc.) is not determined by the organizer but by Coni and Acsi.
- By accepting the terms and conditions, participants agree to being photographed or filmed, and such images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on the Sicilian SwingAge Festival and SwingAge Palermo social media channels.
- All footage and photos from the Sicilian SwingAge Festival belong to SwingAge Palermo.
- The commercial use of videos and audio recordings of lessons, the band, and staff is prohibited throughout the duration of the festival.
- By registering, participants declare:
- that they are in a suitable physical and mental condition for sports activities,
- that they have not consumed drugs, medications, or alcohol that may alter their physical state,
- that they are of sound mind and body.
- By registering, all participants automatically accept these terms and conditions.
Code Of Conduct
The Sicilian SwingAge Festival aims to be a peaceful event characterized by joy and mutual respect. Therefore, the organization will not tolerate any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior. The organization reserves the right to expel anyone who violates the rules present in the code of conduct, which can be found at the following link.
Cancellation/Refunds
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. It will be possible to sell your package to third parties, provided that this occurs within the registration deadlines and that official communication has been given to the organization. Selling to third parties is allowed only for individuals with the same role and level selected during registration.
